• Configure Lists for categories, sales channels, services, suppliers, units and payment methods. Enter accounts with appropriate opening balances.
• Replace sample customers, products, materials and recipes while preserving table names, headers, formulas and identifier relationships. Use the input columns; retain calculated columns.
• Set recurring bills/income and budgets. Review and test the VBA before using Generate Schedule, New Order, Record Payment, PDF, backup or other macro buttons.
• Review tax and mileage assumptions for your country, the cash-versus-pending report options, inventory costing and manual balance-sheet entries. Reconcile the results to your records.

• Twelve selected views were rendered after native Excel recalculation in an inspection copy with document VBA omitted. No formula error cells were reported in that recalculation scan; this is not a complete financial or workflow certification.
• VBA utilities were not executed in this review. Macro availability, trust settings, generated files and posting behaviour must be tested in your intended installation.
• The populated example uses a fictional candle business, dollar currency and sample tax/mileage assumptions. Configure these for your business; changing a currency symbol does not convert amounts.
• Tax pages are configurable tracking/planning tools, not tax filing software or jurisdiction-specific compliance advice. Cash-flow outputs depend on your inputs and assumptions.
• The filename identifies this release as v2.0; the supplied Settings sheet still contains an internal Version value of 1.0.
• Microsoft subscriptions, third-party systems and custom implementation are separate. The supplied workbook is editable and requires setup before operational use.
