🧩 How It Works / How to Use
 
Select a Year
Use the year selector to switch instantly to any year.
The template automatically creates a new worksheet for that year if it does not exist (managed by the VBA code).
Click a Date on the Calendar
When you select any date in the calendar area (B6:AF29), the template automatically loads the stored activities for that day into the activity entry panel (AH6:AH29) .
Enter or Edit Activities
Type your activities for the selected day.
Every change is automatically saved into the year-specific worksheet in the background using the Worksheet_Change event .
Navigate Throughout the Year
Click any day to instantly view or update its activities — no searching, no scrolling.
Data Stored by Year & Date
Each year gets its own sheet, and each day is saved to the correct column based on its date, making the template fully expandable year after year.
