Editable Sales Performance Dashboard in PowerPoint (€)

Updated: Oct 3
Introduction
Turn a sales review into three clear PowerPoint views. This editable sales performance dashboard brings revenue, targets, channel mix and opportunities into one presentation, with euro (€) labels, native charts and Morph transitions. All figures shown are illustrative sample data.

What the Template Includes
Overview: revenue, target progress, quarterly and monthly trends.
Product mix: channel and customer segment breakdowns.
Opportunities: pipeline and sales performance detail.
The deck contains 19 native charts and clickable navigation between the three views. It is designed for presenting a prepared sales review; it does not refresh from a live data source.
Before and After: GBP to EUR
The currency labels changed from pounds to euros throughout the deck. The sample revenue remains 24.80 million in both versions. This was a formatting change, with no exchange-rate conversion.

Setup: Change the Numbers and Share
Open a copy of the EUR .pptx in desktop PowerPoint. Keep the original as your reusable template.
Select a chart, then choose Chart Design → Edit Data. Replace its embedded worksheet values and check the result. Each chart has its own workbook, so repeat this for every affected chart.
Edit KPI cards, standalone number labels and custom progress bars separately. Check repeated values across all three slides, run Slide Show to test navigation and transitions, then save and share the .pptx.
Recipients can edit the embedded chart data without receiving a separate Excel file. However, chart edits do not automatically update the text cards or other charts. For recurring reporting, a master Excel workbook and a refresh process would need to be added. That automation is not included in this version.

Methodology and Tools
Built with Codex using the Presentations skill: recreate the dashboard layout with editable elements, apply euro formatting, add navigation and Morph, then inspect exported slides and test chart editing in PowerPoint. The visual direction was informed by the supplied Other Levels reference. The cover illustration was created with the Image Generation skill.
