This tool is designed to help you manage customers, employees, services, and sales, all in one place, with automated dashboards and KPIs. Below is the data flow of the dashboard and a short explanation of the pages. (link for download is below)

User Guide
This Excel CRM dashboard provides a clear overview of your business performance, showing monthly sales, net profit, margins, and payment splits. It also highlights top-performing managers, service counts, and customer acquisition channels in one interactive view.

This Personnel dashboard tracks employees’ salaries, sales plans, completed results, and KPIs. It automatically calculates bonuses or prizes based on performance thresholds and summarizes total salary fund, net profit, and costs.

The Today view shows daily scheduled orders with client details, contacts, service time, assigned master, and price. It also tracks order status (completed, canceled, running) and displays the total daily order value.

The Data sheet serves as the source setup for the CRM, containing the full list of services with prices, as well as personnel details (masters and managers with contacts), job titles, and employee states. It feeds dropdowns and validations across the system.

The Settings sheet contains the core backend calculations for the CRM. It stores totals for sales, services, channels, KPIs, managers, and personnel data, along with margins, payment methods, and costs. This sheet powers the dashboards and ensures all reports update correctly when new data is entered.

This is the backend view of the dashboard objects in Excel. It shows all charts, shapes, textboxes, and groups that build the interactive dashboard layout. A guided order entry form. User fills in customer name, contact, city, address, service, visit date/time, master, channel, payment method, price, quantity, and discount. Clicking Accept Order adds it to the ALL ORDERS database. This is the main transaction log. Each row records a customer order with full details: registration & visit dates, service, payment split (cash/card/discount), total, client info, assigned manager & master, channel, and order status (completed/canceled/running). This sheet keeps customer master data: registration date, client name, city, address, master, contact, channel, discount, and manager. A structured database of employees with hiring date, name, birth date, age, job title, salary by year (2023–2025), and contact details. Contains the monthly performance targets for managers (sales) and masters (order quantities). Includes reward thresholds for <100%, >100%, and >120% achievement.
You are now ready to use the CRM template to track customers, employees, and sales. Start by customizing your Data sheet, and the rest of the dashboard will automatically adjust as you enter information.
